At Printed Soap Boxes, we care deeply about your satisfaction. Every order of custom printed soap boxes is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Because each product is made just for you, we handle every project with a quality guarantee.
1. Custom Orders & Refunds
All of our soap box printing services are fully customized. That means every box is printed to match your brand’s exact design, size, and finish.
Since we can’t resell custom packaging, we do not offer refunds or returns once your order has entered production.
However, if there’s an issue caused by us such as printing errors, incorrect sizes, or defects we’ll gladly reprint or replace your order free of charge.
2. Proof Approval
Before we print your custom soap packaging boxes, we’ll send you a digital proof for review. Please double-check all spelling, colors, and layout details. Once approved, printing begins, and changes can’t be made afterward.
3. Damaged or Defective Orders
If your printed soap boxes arrive damaged or have a clear manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 business days of receiving your order.
Email us at sales@printedsoapboxes.com with your order number and photos showing the issue. Our team will review your case quickly and offer a free reprint or replacement if confirmed.
4. Color & Material Variations
Slight color or texture differences can occur due to monitor settings, ink absorption, or paper stock variations. These minor differences are normal in custom packaging printing and are not considered defects.
5. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before proof approval for a full refund.
- Orders canceled after proof approval but before printing may receive a partial refund (minus setup costs).
- Once printing has started, cancellations or refunds are not available.
6. Shipping Issues
We always ship through trusted carriers to deliver your soap packaging boxes safely and on time. Unfortunately, delays caused by weather, customs, or courier issues are beyond our control. While we can’t refund for delivery delays, we’ll gladly assist in tracking and resolving any shipping concerns.
